This document sets out all the terms, responsibilities and rights that apply to using the 90 jili platform. Please read it carefully before opening an account.

1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 90 jili platform and all services associated with it. This document serves as a binding agreement between the user and 90 jili.
90 jili is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games and live casino services for Bangladeshi users. Using any service available on the site means you fully agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account at 90 jili, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number and other personal details given at registration must be real and up to date.
- Each user may open only one account.
- Opening multiple accounts from the same household, device or IP address is prohibited.
- Your account username and password must be kept completely confidential.
- You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
2.2 Identity Verification
90 jili reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. If a verification request is made, the required documents must be submitted within the specified time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 90 jili support team immediately. The user is personally responsible for the security of their account.
3. Age and Eligibility Requirements
Users must be at least 21 years old to use any service on 90 jili. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately, and any deposits and winnings in such accounts will be considered void.
Providing false age information at registration will be treated as fraud and the account will be permanently closed. Account users are subject to the laws of Bangladesh or their current location and may only operate an account from a place where online gaming is legally permitted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposit Terms
bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to deposit at 90 jili. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The correct amount and reference number must be used when depositing; otherwise confirmation of the deposit may be delayed.
- After a deposit is completed, the balance is added to the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

- Large withdrawals may be held if verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency
All transactions on 90 jili are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no option to transact in any other currency.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and you must complete ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded from bonus contribution.
- Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
- To participate in a bonus promotion, the conditions must be met within the specified time limit.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
- 90 jili reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
Remember: Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — funds earned from a bonus only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Terms
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the bet was affected by a technical error on the platform. Sports event results will be determined based on official results.
- If a match or event is abandoned, the bet amount may be refunded, subject to specific conditions.
- Bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error may be voided.
- Once an event has started, if live betting is running, odds and markets may change at any time.
6.2 Casino and Slot Games
Casino game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) rate for games is stated in each game's own information and applies on a long-term average basis — it is not a guarantee for any single session.
6.3 Disconnection
90 jili will not be held responsible if the internet connection is lost during a game. The game state saved on the server will be considered final.
7. VIP Program
The 90 jili VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold and up to 1.2% for Platinum, applied to weekly net losses.
90 jili determines the criteria for VIP tier assignment and changes at its own discretion. Cashback will be applied at the specified rate on each week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). VIP benefits may be downgraded or cancelled in cases of abuse.
8. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
- Attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus terms to obtain funds.
- Any form of fraud, collusion or manipulation.
- Using software, bots or automated systems to gain a gaming advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering.
- Opening or operating an account by providing false or misleading information.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
9. Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure at User Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. If there are active bonus wagering requirements at the time of the request, the bonus will be cancelled. If there is a balance, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.
A self-exclusion option is also available under the Responsible Gaming Policy — choosing this will block access to the account for a specified period.
9.2 Closure by the Platform
90 jili reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity or where an investigation is required.
10. Limitation of Liability
90 jili will not be held liable in the following cases:
- Technical errors, server outages or technical issues caused by third parties.
- Games or bets affected by internet connection problems.
- Losses suffered by the user due to unauthorised access, where the user did not take adequate security measures.
- Any problems arising from the provision of incorrect information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 90 jili's maximum liability is limited to the amount held in the user's account.
